Each hero has its own pros and cons depending on where you are currently in the game. I personally suggest starting as Warrior, but in the long run of the game it doesn't really matter. The Angel, once Angel Distraction is 100 and the Lucky Stance is selected, can gain more drops per second than any other hero. The Wizard, once skills are all above 200, can clear areas faster than any other hero. The Warrior can get farther in the first attempts and should be used to go after challenges. To start with the 3 Heros are associated with 3 "primary" types, 3 roles and 3 resources which is: This game is broken into 3's as much as possible. this way you wouldn't litterally waste time like I did with a wizard start. This chapter I am adding because there has been lots of questions regarding the resources / classes / purpose so I want to start up front to best explain those core concepts. make you start with Angel (best starter from my point of view) and other class get unlocked after. I think it was fully intended anyway that you use other class skills but there should be a warning when picking up class the first time. So it will be the Angel turn to be played with other class skills later on if you want to clear quickly huge pack of mobs. When MP Cost of the skills raise but their interval lower as well, which means much higher MP Cost per second.Īs for the wizard, I feel it's skill are a bit more usefull later on, even the angel alone get behind as it doesn't have big aoe like the Fan Swing of the Warrior or Blizzard of the wizard. MP Regen raise the the interval of the regen stay at once per second. Seem completely logical than the one that has the most MP Regen is the one that don't use Magic but Physical Attack ^^īut anyway, Magic or Physical skills, all use MP so doesn't matter but still funny to see the warrior have more MP Regen than the wizard.Īlso I feel like the MP Regen doesn't scale properly. You want to know the funniest thing ? The hightest MP Regen is not the wizard but the warrior with Shield Attack ) > Mage has very high MP regen, that means can blow fan without sheild attack. it's ridiculousĪfter, I only rebirhted like 5 times, so maybe it will get better later on but right now, wizzard is basicaly useless to me. I can litteraly (on paper at least) cast 94 "Wing Shoot" in the same time I cast one freaking "Meteor Strike". How can a "Meteor Strike" with 9.4 interval at lvl 40 compare to "Wing Shoot" with a 0.10 internal lvl 150 when the damage is also great on "Wing Shoot" I hadn't unlocked "Meteor Strike" and other "big" skills on my first playthrough so I had some hope for them but not only are they freaking slow to cast, they don't even do so much damage. "Wing Shoot" was the DPS skill and "Fire Storm" was only used for those map where you are ganked right at the start, it clears all the mobs around you and so you avoid taking unecessary damage.īut I tried without using "Wing Shoot" and it was not viable at all. and on my second playthrough with wizzard, as I had unlocked a global skill slot, I basically used angel "Wing Shoot" + "Fire Storm" the whole time. Wizzard skills are so slow compared to others class. It was my first class so I didn't realize until I did rebirth and used angel/warrior. I do agree that the wizzard seems to be really bad early on.
